Shipping Times:

In-Stock items will ship between 3-5 business days. Items that are made to order or that are Pre-Orders will have varying, and longer shipping times. We strive to ship made to order items between 7-10 business days. Sometimes it could be longer but sometimes it is sooner than that! Please also keep in mind that certain things are out of our control and could delay estimated shipping times. We do not cancel orders for any reason.

Shipping Cost:

All orders are shipped by weight and location, and typically cost $5-$8.  

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Okie Pink Pixie Boutique, LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages from delivery, however, we will work with you to try to locate your package.  To ensure protection on your package consider paying for shiptection during your checkout process. Please email us with any questions or concerns in regards to this after you have contacted your post office first.
